Staff certified in cardiotocography to the standards of a leading Swedish model
True to its vision to provide quality and advanced medical services, MITERA is about to certify its staff according to the leading international-level holistic Swedish CTG & Fosterövervakning® educational program on cardiotocography and the clinical guidelines for safe pregnancy completion.
The Swedish CTG & Fosterövervakning® model is an interactive training and certification program, which has been designed so that participants are trained on a theoretical level through the original ctgfetalmonitoring.gr® online platform as well as through hands-on practice.
Part of this hands-on training is the 3rd Seminar on Clinical Cardiotocography & Fetal Monitoring®*, which will take place on 2 and 3 October at MITERA, in partnership with the Hellenic Society of Cardiotocography and Fetal Monitoring, (HSCFM) and the 2nd Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic, University of Athens.
Note that based on the CTG & Fosterövervakning® standard, Scandinavian countries have achieved one of the lowest rates of cesarean sections worldwide, combined with exceptional perinatal results.
*The seminar has been developed by the Swedish Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Svensk Förening för Obstetrik och Gynekologi, SFOG), the Swedish Association of Midwives (Svenska Barnmorskeförbundet, SBF) and the Swedish Neonatal Society (Svenska Neonatalföreningen, SNF).
