Sponsoring the athletes of the Greek Paralympic Team

HYGEIA Group is actively supporting the athletes of the Greek Paralympic Team who will be participating in the London 2012 Paralympics. The Group will undertake all the medical and lab tests of the Paralympic athletes, as well as any other exam deemed necessary by the National Team’s doctors.

Furthermore, it will financially support all the efforts of the Greek athletes at the London Paralympics, meeting all their needs for the necessary sporting equipment and clothing (e.g. masks, wheelchairs, foils for the Fencing events, etc).

Lastly, it will individually sponsor 7 athletes of the Greek Paralympic Team, fully covering all their needs (preparation, equipment, etc). The athletes are: Antonios Tsapatakis (swimming), Sezon Fernandez and Paschalis Stathelakos (shot put), Paraskevi Kantza (athletics), Pavlos Mamalos (weightlifting), Nikolaos Pananos (boccia) and Panagiotis Triantafyllou (fencing).
