Reconstruction of the company’s Board of Directors & Executive Committee

The “GENERAL, MATERNITY – GYNOCOLOGICAL & PEDIATRIC CLINIC MITERA S.A.” announces the reconstitution of the Company’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, as such were defined during the BoD meeting held on 17/7/08.
With a unanimous decision by the BoD, the resignations of Messieurs Dimitrios Papagiannis and Georgios Politis from the position of the Company’s Chief Executive Officers were accepted, and Mr. Komninos-Alexios Komninos was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Following the above, the new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:
1. Konstantinos Stavrou, BoD Chairman
2. Theofanis Stathis, A’ Vice-Chairman and Secretary of the BoD
3. Grigorios Samouilidis, B’ Vice-Chairman of the BoD
4. Komninos-Alexios Komninos, Chief Executive Officer
5. Themistocles Haramis, BoD Member
6. Paschalis Bouchouris, BoD Member
7. Georgios Politis, BoD Member
8. Dimitrios Papagiannis, BoD Member
9. Pavlos Papakostas, BoD Member

For the Executive Committee, it was decided to increase the number of members from six to seven. Mr. Komninos-Alexios Komninos was elected as the seventh member of the committee, while the resignation of Mr. Themistoklis Haramis as the Executive Committee’s Chairman was accepted and Mr. Komninos-Alexios Komninos was elected as the new Chairman.

The new composition of the Executive Committee is as follows:
1.  Chairman of the Executive Committee: Mr. Komninos-Alexios Komninos
2.  Member of the Executive Committee: Mr. Konstantinos Stavrou
3.  Member of the Executive Committee: Mr. Themistoklis Haramis
4.  Member of the Executive Committee: Mr. Paschalis Bouchouris
5.  Member of the Executive Committee: Ms. Areti Souvatzoglou
6.  Member of the Executive Committee: Mr. Georgios Politis
7.  Member of the Executive Committee: Mr. Dimitrios Papagiannis.
