MITERA: All medical services certified by TÜV Austria Hellas

MITERA, a member of the Hellenic Healthcare Group, the largest healthcare group in Greece, has been certified for all the medical services it provides to the ELOT EN 15224:2016 standard by TÜV Austria Hellas.

 Specifically, MITERA fulfills all the requirements of the “Provision of Primary and Secondary Healthcare Services” standard for all aspects of the services it provides, including support services. Patient safety and inclusion, immediate care and accessibility, and proper and suitable care based on evidence and knowledge are some of the quality traits of this certification, which MITERA pledges to continue applying without fail.
