Check up

The Department offers various diagnostic test packages (private customers, private insurance companies, pre-insurance check-ups, companies) as well as medical consultations at the Outpatient Clinic.

The Deparrtment

The MITERA Hospital Check-up Department focuses on implementing modern and updated medical practices to perform early diagnosis of medical conditions that have not been manifested clinically, with the aim of preventing them. Individualized consultation and whole-of patient approach by experienced medical personnel, coupled with top hospitalization services and technical applications, lead to optimal results.

Comprehensive check-ups are performed in the contemporary and updated facilities of the Department within 3 hours. The check-up results are available in 3 days, along with a medical report on the patient’s physical condition by a qualified internal medicine specialist. Specific instructions may also be included in the report where necessary.

The following tests are performed: blood collection, spirometry, EKG, stress test, audiometry, tympanometry, endoscopic examination of the nasopharynx, vision test and fundoscopy.

The Check-up Department works closely with all the imaging departments: Radiology, CT-MRI, Mammography & Breast Ultrasound, Bone Densitometry, General Ultrasounds, Heart Ultrasounds, Gynecologic Ultrasounds. It also works with other departments: Molecular Biology & Cytology.
