10th MITERA Postgraduate Program for Young Doctors Completed Successfully
The 10th annual MITERA Postgraduate Program for Junior doctors on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery has been successfully completed.
Expert doctors undertook the theoretical and hands-on training of participants. Backed by their knowledge and experience, they trained the participating doctors on Advanced minimally invasive techniques in Endoscopic Gynecologic Surgery.
Program’s duration was 4 months under the supervision of the MITERA Scientific Board, and under the auspices of the Union of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Greece, the Greek Society for Gynecological Endoscopy and HEAL Academy, the first training academy of the Hellenic Healthcare Group in Greece.
The Director of the Program, Dr. Stefanos Chandakas, MD, MBA, University of Athens PhD Holder and Chairman of the MITERA Board of Directors, noted, “We are extremely proud for having successfully completed the 10th Postgraduate Internship Program on Endoscopic Gynecologic Surgery and Urogynecology. Faithfully serving medical research and training, for yet another year, MITERA actively contributed to the development of the new generation of doctors.”
